Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid has said the government was yet to take any decision over the issue of reforming the public examination system keeping no interval between examinations except public holidays.
He said: “ The ministry is planning to reform the exam system and as per the plan there would be no gap between exams. But, we are yet to take any final decision in this regard.”
The education minister made the statement while addressing a training programme at National Academy for Educational Management (NAEM) in the capital on Thursday afternoon.
Replying to a query of journalists, Nahid said: “The examination schedules will be made considering student's interest.”
He also urged the students not to be confused by any propaganda.
