The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) examination and equivalent examinations have begun across the country on Thursday morning.
The exam began around 10am and will continue for three hours across 2,352 exam centres of the country. The first exam is Bangla first paper.
A total of 1,141,374 students from 8,104 educational institutions of the country will appear for this year examination.
Of the total examinees, 6,06,293 are males and 5,35,081 females.
