DU Kha unit admission test Friday

The first-year honours admission test under Kha-unit of Dhaka University for 2016-2017 academic session will be held from 10am to 11am Friday. The admission test will be held at 73 centres at the university campus and outside the campus, said a DU press release on Thursday. The outside centres are Bangladesh Engineering University School and College, Home Economics College, Dhaka City College, Azimpur Girls’ School and College and Bodrunnesa Mohila College. A total of 34,606 admission seekers have applied against 2,241 seats under the Kha unit of the university. Some 15 students are going to vie for each seat of Kha unit. The seat-plan of the admission test is available in the university website admission.eis.du.ac.bd. However, mobile phone and electronic devices that are able to contact are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. Mobile court will be deployed during the exam period to avert any unwanted situation, said the release.
