The selection of students for admission from classes 1 to 9 in both government and private secondary schools will be conducted through a digital lottery.
The allocation of schools for students will take place centrally on December 17 at the International Mother Language Institute.
On Tuesday, the Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) issued a notice regarding the lottery process.
According to the admission policy, students will be admitted based on the lottery results.
As per the DSHE order, the decision has been made to use a digital lottery for admissions from classes 1 to 9.
