Mohiuddin Muzahid Mahi from Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) and Mutaher Hussain from Daily Janakantha have been elected as the new president and general secretary, respectively, of the Dhaka University Journalists' Association (DUJA) for a one-year term.
The election took place at DUJA’s office in the Teacher-Student Centre of Dhaka University on Monday.
Chief Election Commissioner Riadul Karim announced the results in the afternoon, with Election Commissioners Saidur Rahman and Mahbub Roni also present.
