SSC, equivalent exams' results published across Bangladesh

The students can now check their scores at their school premises, on the website of Education Board website, and via text message services

The results of the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent exams results has been published across Bangladesh.

Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni hands over the summarized results to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Dipu Moni will announce the detailed results at a press conference later in the afternoon.

The students can now check their scores at their school premises, on the website of Education Board website, and via text message services.

On the mentioned website, the students have to enter their roll number, registration number, exam subject name, year, and education board name.

Then they have to click the submit button to know their results.

In order to get results via the text message service, one must type: "SSC <space> first three letters of the respective board <space> roll number <space> 2022," into a message and send it to 16222. 

For Dakhil exams, one must type: "DAKHIL <space> first three letters of the respective board <space> roll number <space> 2022," into a message and send it to 16222. 

The results would be sent via text message to the student's number.

This year's SSC and equivalent exams under eleven boards, including madrasa (Dakhil) and technical education boards, started across the country on September 15.

A total of 2,021,868 students from 29,591 educational institutions took part in the exams at 3,790 centres.

Altogether 1,599,711 students participated in the SSC exams under the nine general education boards.

Results of 2021

Last year, a total of 183,340 students got a grade point average of 5 in the SSC and equivalent examinations under 11 education boards across Bangladesh.

The numbers were up from 123,131 in 2020.

Among the GPA 5 holders in 2021, a total of 103,578 are male while 79,762 are female.

A total of 163,840 students achieved GPA 5 under the nine general education boards, while 14,313 obtained the grade under the Madrasah Education Board and 5,187 under the Technical Education Board in 2021.
