The results of the ‘Gha’ unit admission test under the Social Science faculty of Dhaka University for session 2021-2022 session have been published.
DU Vice Chancellor Prof Mohammad Akhtaruzzaman unveiled the results at Abdul Motin Chowdhury virtual classroom of the university around 1pm.
A total of 6,111 out of 71,262 students (8.58%) passed the exam against a total of 1781 seats.
“By providing information, candidates can check their results at admission.eis.du.ac.bd or use the short message service (SMS) available on any mobile operator,” said a press release.
For SMS notification of the result, candidates have to type DU GHA [exam roll] in the message (sms) option and send it to 16321.
Successful students have to fill out the "Subject Choice Form" online and submit it between 3pm of July 7 to 5pm of July 28.
Students can apply for rechecking results from July 17 till July 21 at the dean's office of the Social Science faculty of Dhaka University by paying Tk1,000.
Anonyo Ganguli secured the first position in the test scoring 103.95 out of 120.
Mohammad Tanjid Hasan Akash became second scoring 103.44 and Aysha Jahan Samia came in third scoring 93.1.
