North South University (NSU) has been ranked the number one private university of Bangladesh in the 2019 Dhaka Tribune-Bangla Tribune Private University Rankings.
The report was unveiled by Dhaka Tribune Editor Zafar Sobhan and Bangla Tribune Editor Zulfiquer Russel in Dhaka, on Saturday.
The first-ever rankings provided a truly objective, fact-based assessment of the nation's top private universities for students and university authorities alike.
The Dhaka Tribune-Bangla Tribune private rankings 2019 will serve as a valuable guide, and monitor changes in the performance of private universities over time; such as regarding sectors that have seen notable improvement and those that require a new focus.
Other universities are ranked as follows: 2. Brac University, 3. East West University, 4. Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), 5. Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), 6. American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), 7. Daffodil International University, 8. United International University, 9. University of Liberal and Bangladesh (ULAB), 10. University of Asia Pacific.
