The premises are located next to the election office of Nahid Islam, convener of the National Citizen Party (NCP). Kazi Md Nasirul Amin, officer-in-charge of Badda Police Station, confirmed the matter on Wednesday.
He said on Tuesday night, two rounds were fired after extortion money was not paid. “We are working to arrest those responsible.”
