A colourful Eid rally will be held at the University of Dhaka on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.
Prof Dr Niaz Ahmad Khan, vice-chancellor of the university, will lead the rally, the university's public relations office said on Friday.
The rally will start at 8am on Eid day, following the first Eid-ul-Fitr congregation at the university's central mosque, Masjidul Jamiya.
It will then proceed through the TSC premises and conclude at the Smrity Chirantan square.
Teachers, students, and staff of the university will participate in the rally.
