Fire has gutted valuables at a plastic recycling factory in the capital’s Kadamtoli area.
Warehouse Inspector of Fire Service and Civil Defence Anwarul Islam said the fire broke out around 5am on Tuesday.
On information, seven units from Postagola, Sutrapur and Siddiqbazar rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control around 7:20am, he said.
The extent of the damages is yet to be ascertained.
