A fire broke out at the Secretariat in Segunbagicha area of Dhaka.
The blaze reportedly started at 1:52am on Thursday.
Thirteen units of the Fire Service are working to bring the fire under control, Rafi Al Faruq, the duty officer at the Fire Service control room, said.
He said that the first report of the fire came at 1:52am in Building 7 of the Secretariat.
The Fire Service unit stationed at the Secretariat began efforts to control the fire at 1:54am. As the fire intensified, 13 units gradually arrived at the scene to work on extinguishing it
