A fire broke out in a six-storey building in Block C of Banasree, Dhaka.
The fire occurred on the third floor of the building at 8:35pm on Friday.
Upon receiving the news, three units from the Baridhara and Khilgaon fire stations then started working to contain the fire.
Due to traffic congestion, two additional units were reported to be stuck on the road, according to the fire service.
The matter has been confirmed by Mohammad Shahjahan Sikder, the duty officer at the fire service control room on Friday.
