Three individuals have been detained in connection with the vandalism and arson of army and police vehicles in Dhaka's Kachukhet and Mirpur-14 areas.
The were detained during an operation by the members of the Bangladesh Army on Friday, as reported by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
According to ISPR, on Thursday, miscreants created chaos by vandalizing and setting fire to army and police vehicles in Kachukhet and Mirpur-14, under the jurisdiction of Kafrul and Bhashantek police stations.
In response to the attacks on law enforcement personnel and the destruction of government property, the Bangladesh Army launched a joint operation on Thursday.
On Friday, three miscreants named Rifat, Hridoy, and Yasin were apprehended from the Bhashantek area.
They were subsequently handed over to Bhashantek police station for further interrogation and legal proceedings.
