A case has been filed against former chief justice ABM Khairul Haque, accusing him of delivering corrupt, malicious and illegal judgments.
Supreme Court lawyer Mujahidul Islam Shaheen filed the case was filed on Tuesday night with Shahbagh police station in the capital, Officer-in-Charge (OC) AKM Shahabuddin Shaheen confirmed.
Earlier, another case was filed against the former chief justice and recently resigned chairman of the Law Commission on Monday in Narayanganj, accusing him of altering the verdict and committing fraud related to the annulment of the 13th Amendment of the Constitution.
