A fire broke that broke out at an under-construction building in Dhaka’s Banani, has been brought under control.
The fire started in the building located on Road 4 in the Chairman Bari area at around 2:40pm on Thursday, said Rozina Parvin, duty officer of the Fire Service and Civil Defence.
Three firefighting units managed to douse the blaze after 30 minutes, she said.
