Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited said that gas supply will be stopped for eight hours on Monday in some areas of Dhaka due to the emergency replacement and removal of gas pipe lines.
Titas gas company authorities provided this information in a press release on Sunday.
According to the notification, on Monday, from 10am-6pm, gas supply will be temporarily shut off for emergency replacement-removal work of the gas pipeline.
The affected areas include both sides of the road from Bata signal to Gausia and Katabon to Science Laboratory junction, as well as the east side of residential and commercial areas from Gausia to Science Laboratory junction.
Besides, there may be low gas pressure around these areas. Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited authorities have expressed regret for the temporary inconvenience to the customers.
