A fire broke out at a 10-storey building in Dhaka’s Purana Paltan on Sunday.
The blaze started on the seventh-floor of RKDR Tower in the Bijoy Nagar area at noon, said Fire Service media cell official Shahjahan Shikder.
Upon receiving the information, five firefighting units rushed to the spot and brought the flames under control by 12:45pm, reports UNB.
The cause of the fire could not be known immediately.
