A fire has broken out in the basement of an eight-storey building in the Adabor area of Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
The fire was reported around noon on Sunday and put out in around one and a half hours by five firefighting units.
The firefighters also carried two women and a man down to safety from the first floor of the building.
Officials suspect that the fire originated from a car parked in the basement.
