In Pictures: LDA's strike causes traffic gridlock at Shahbagh intersection

Commuters in Dhaka are facing severe traffic congestion at Shahbagh intersection as the 12-hour nationwide strike enforced by the Left Democratic Alliance (LDA) brings vehicular movement to a standstill. The shutdown started at 6am and will continue till 12pm.

Party activists carried out several processions around 7am and took position in Shahbagh area causing massive traffic gridlock as people rush to their works as per the new office timings.
