A fire broke out at a furniture factory in Savar’s Rajfulbaria area on Sunday.
The fire originated from Navana Furniture Factory at around 4:15pm.
However, no casualty was reported from the factory.
Upon receiving the news, three firefighting units from Savar Fire Service and Civil Defence rushed to the spot. Later, seven more units from Dhaka and Savar's DEPZ also rushed to the spot to bring the blaze under control.
Nur Mohammad, station officer of Savar Fire Service and Civil Defence confirmed the matter to Dhaka Tribune.
The cause of the fire could not be known immediately.
