Junior Chamber International (JCI) Dhaka Young, a worldwide community of young active citizens who share common beliefs in creating positive social change in society, recently held a winter meet and greet for their members.
The event titled “Members Meet Winter Greet 2022” took place at a hotel in the capital amid a festive and splendid atmosphere, said a press release.
Niaz Morshed, president of JCI Bangladesh, as well as members of the NGB and other local chapter presidents were present on the occasion.
As part of this speech, Morshed urged the members to work constructively and take the organization forward.
Local President of JCI Dhaka Young S M Muqtadirul Huq expressed his gratitude to all the members present at the event.
Dhaka Young’s Treasurer Sourav Adhiraj performed a musical piece at the event.
The guests were welcomed with traditional Bangladeshi pitha to welcome the arrival of winter.
JCI’s headquarter is in the city of St Louis, Missouri, US.
Bangladesh currently has over 1,500 JCI members, according to the press release.
The event was sponsored by Sun chips, Jinnah Traders, Kroybaz, Rong-Berong, Black and Cactus BD.
