Two drug dealers held with 46kg cannabis in Gazipur
A case has been filed with Bason police over the seizure

Two drug traders were held with 46 kilograms of cannabis by the Gazipur Metropolitan Police (GMP) while being transported in a pick-up van on Tuesday afternoon.
GMP Deputy Commissioner Zakir Hasan said that the Konabari bound pick-up van was stopped and raided by Traffic Sargent Shamim Ahmed in Bhogra bypass area.
Upon searching, 46kg cannabis was found wrapped with scotch tape in three bags. The van was seized, and the drug dealers along with the driver were detained.
The detainees were identified as Amir Hossain alias Ariful Islam, 25, of Rangpur, and Anikul Islam of Gazipur.
Later, a case was filed with Bason police station.
