A seven-year-old girl has been raped in Mohammadpur of Dhaka.
The incident took place on Friday morning.
The victim's family lived in a rented house in the Rayerbazar area where a fellow tenant Shakil, 18, raped the girl with the help of another teenage boy named Marbel, the rape survivor's uncle said.
The victim was admitted to One-stop Crisis Centre at Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH), Inspector Bachchu Mia, in-charge of DMCH police outpost confirmed.
