DNCC to launch hotline Tuesday

Citizens can file complaints through the hotline 333

Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) is going to launch its 24-hour information and citizen service hotline-333 for the convenience of citizens on Tuesday.

State Minister for ICT Division Zunaid Ahmed Palak will inaugurate the hotline at 3pm in Gulshan Nagarbhaban, Dhaka, a DNCC official said on Monday, reports BSS.

DNCC Mayor Atiqul Islam will preside over the inaugural program.

The function will be attended by senior secretary of the ICT division NM Zeaul Alam and secretary Helal Uddin Ahmed, ward councilors and senior officials of DNCC.

Through this inauguration of the hotline, the citizens of the country will be able to get information about the system of public services, contact with public servants for information and know about tourist places in the country by calling the number 333.

The citizens can also file complaints from now on through the hotline.
