Scholastica Senior Campus Uttara became the champion in the boy's category and Sunbeams School in the girl's category at the Interschool Basketball Tournament.
During the final match held on Saturday, Chittagong Grammar School and Sunbeams Senior Campus became runners up in the girl's and boy's category respectively, said a press release on Sunday.
Hosted by Scholastica Senior Campus Uttara, the three day tournament was held at the STM Multipurpose Hall.
Participants were 19 groups from the top 13 English medium schools of the country. Top scorer in the tournament was Tazreen Tasneem Khan from girl's category and Raad Rahman from the boy's category, added the press release.
Other participating schools in the tournament were Aga Khan School, St Francis Xavier's Green Herald International School, Sunnydale School, DPS STS School, American Standard International School, Australian International School, International Hope School, Dhanmondi Tutorial School, Summerfield International School and Scholastica Mirpur Campus.
Scholastica Uttara Campus Section Head Farah Sophia Ahmed distributed the trophies among the winners at the concluding ceremony. US Bangla Airlines Chief Adviser Sikder Mejhbah Uddin, among others also attended the ceremony
