A fire has broken out at a residential building in Dhaka’s Paribagh area.
The fire broke out in the 16-storey building around 2:22pm on Thursday.
Fire Service Control Room duty officer Rasel Shikdar told the Dhaka Tribune: “Eight firefighting units responded to the scene and brought the blaze under control.
“The fire started on the 11th floor of the building but its cause is not yet known.”
