The results of Dhaka University’s (DU) ‘Ga’ or C Unit (Business Studies) first-year honours admissions test, for the 2018-2019 academic session, have been published— 10.98% of students passed the exam.
DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman announced the results at the central admission office of the university around 11:00am on Monday.
A total of 25,958 candidates took the admission test for 1,250 available seats. Only 2,850 students managed pass the test, while 23,002 failed to obtain the minimum mark of 48—required to pass the test.
Students who successfully passed the test, on the merit list, must complete and submit the “choice form” on Dhaka University’s website between September 19 and October 1.
