In the wake of the student movement for road safety, Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid is set to meet the vice-chancellors of all private universities.
The meeting, scheduled to begin at 3pm Wednesday, will be held at the International Mother Language Institute in Dhaka, reports UNB.
On Sunday, Nahid held meetings with the principals and headmasters of of government and private colleges in Dhaka.
During the meetings, he directed the principals and headmasters to convince their students to stop protesting and to return to classes.
