Unidentified muggers shot a bKash agent dead and snatched a bag full of money from him in Dhaka's Demra area on Sunday.
The deceased was identified as Rashedul Islam, 28, an agent of bkash, a Bangladesh-based mobile financial service.
Iftekhar Hossain, assistant commissioner of police in Demra zone, said two muggers coming in a motorbike shot Rashed and snatched the bag away around 12pm, leaving him dead on the spot.
