Scholastica arranges annual drama at Mirpur campus

Members of the Drama and Music Club of Scholastica’s Senior Campus at Mirpur staged their annual play, “The Frogs” by Aristophanes, at the STM Hall of the campus on Thursday and Friday. Renowned playwright, television and stage play director Masum Reza, and Dr Enamul Haque, actor and widely acclaimed theatre personality, graced the occasion as the chief guests. Scholastica Senior Vice-Principal and Head of Section Farah S Ahmed, and Vice-Principal Mita Kader delivered the opening speeches. Under the direction of Sunny Ghosh, students from Class XII performed in the play. Among the participants were Shafkat Wahid Pritom, Anika Fayrose, Sarina Rahman, Alisa Nawar, Sidratul Mumtaha Jung, Rafia Tasnim, and Promi Tahsin.
