Workshop on developing ICT based customer care service for farmers held

Katalyst, in association with Bangladesh Crop Protection Association (BCPA), arranged a knowledge-sharing workshop titled “Developing an ICT based customer care service for farmers” at Six Seasons Hotel in Dhaka on Sunday. The objective of the workshop was to share experience and lessons to develop ICT based services for farmers in future. The workshop was attended by representatives of BCPA, officials of leading private companies, software developers and media. Agri-business for Trade Competitiveness Project (ATC-P) alias Katalyst is a market development project implemented by Swisscontact which operates under the umbrella of the Ministry of Commerce.
