A rickshaw puller, who was stabbed by muggers, has succumbed to his injuries at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
The deceased, Abdul Hakim, died at 3pm on Thursday, said Muzammel Haque, in-charge of the DMCH police outpost.
On the night of April 13, a group of muggers attacked a CNG-run auto-rickshaw to snatch it away at Dilu road of Moghbazar in the capital.
During the time, CNG-driver Yakub Ali, 40, and another rickshaw puller Hakim were stabbed and later they were admitted to DMCH.
Yakub Ali died the following day.
