Two siblings have been injured in crude bomb blasts hurled by miscreants at a CNG-run auto-rickshaw in Sylhet city.
The injured are an 18-month old boy, Hafizur Rahman, and his sister, Nafisa, 8, said Mohammad Rahamatullah, additional deputy commissioner of police in Sylhet, to the Dhaka Tribune.
They were admitted to Sylhet Medical College Hospital, said Dr Habib Ahmed, emergency medical officer of the hospital.
Miscreants had hurled the two bombs, targeting the CNG-run auto rickshaw in the Mirer Maidan area around 1pm, leaving two injured, said Rahamatullah.
BGB and police have increased patrols in the city after the blast, he added.
