Youth hacked to death in N'ganj

A youth was hacked to death by unidentified miscreants in Deobhogh area, Fatullah police station, Narayanganj Thursday morning. Ridoy Hossain Babu hailed from Baligaon, Munshiganj, 28, was staying at a rented house in Nagbari area under the police station. Sub-Inspector of Fatullah police station Tushar Kanti Das said a gang miscreants hacked him indiscriminately around 4am. Babu was first taken to Khanpur Hospital and later shifted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where he died around 10am. Officer-in-Charge of Fatullah police station Kamal Uddin told the Dhaka Tribune that he might have been killed over dispute in drug peddling.  A case was filed in this regard.
