A youth has been stabbed to death by miscreants at Banotgati area in Khulna municipal city.
The deceased is Shariful Islam Milon, 26, of the area.
Maruf Ahmed, officer-in-charge of Sonadanga police station said: “The miscreants stabbed him indiscriminately with sharp weapons when Sharif was having chit-chat with his friends near Dolphinmour road on Saturday night.”
He was rushed to Khulna Medical College Hospital where he died around 11:15pm, said the OC.
Several cases were filed against Sharif with Sonadanga police station, added the official.
