Three cases have been filed against 150 leaders and activists of BNP, its youth and student wings in Habiganj.
The cases were filed against the BNP activists around 12am on Monday, on charges of attack on police, hurling petrol bombs and explosion.
The accused include Habiganj municipality councilor Mahbubul Haque Helal, district Juba Dal president Azizur Rahman Kajol, general secretary Mia Mohammad Elias; and Chhatra Dal convener Tajul Islam Chowdhury.
Additional Superintendent of Police in Habiganj Shahidul Islam said police were conducting raids to arrest the accused.
