A Mymensingh court has sent seven JMB militants to jail in separate cases.
Mymensingh session judge 2 Mehnaj Siddiqui passed the order on Tuesday afternoon.
Police said JMB member Abdul Barek Munshi, Towhiduzzaman, Abdul Hannan, Md Tuel and Tajamul Haq were sent to jail after they were produced before the court in an explosive case filed with Phulbaria police station.
The same court also sent Garibullah Akhand and Mohammad Ali Master, accused of the another explosive case with Muktagachha police station, to jail when they were produced.
Court Inspector Shukrana Shahid said the concerned police station sought seven days remand for the accused to quiz them rigorously. However, the court did not fix the date yet for hearing the cases.
