Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Bikash Kumar Saha passed the order on Wednesday following a petition filed by victim’s mother Razia Sultana.
The court also ordered to the Dhaka deputy commissioner (DC) to appoint an executive magistrate for the exhumation.
A three-member committee including head of Sir Sallimullah Medical College and Hospital will perform a fresh autopsy on the body.
The court also directed the committee to submit the postmortem report before the court by December 15.

Rejecting the postmortem report, her mother filed a petition seeking further autopsy.
