The police have recovered two bodies from Palli Bidyut area in Ashulia.
The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.
Ashulia police station Officer-in-Charge Sheikh Badrul Alam said: “Police rescued another person in critical condition from dairy farm area near Dhaka-Aricha highway around 1:30am on Sunday.”
“Later, the on-duty doctor declared him dead when talken to Enam Medical College Hospital in the early hours of the day,” he said.
The OC said: “On information, police recovered the body of 37-year person from a ditch near Nabinagar-Kaliakoir highway in the morning.”
The bodies were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
