Question papers of a recruitment test were leaked in Bhola, prompting the authorities to halt the test within 10 minutes of its start yesterday.
The test was meant for filling up the vacancies of 18 posts at the district chief judicial magistrate’s court.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Nahidur Rahman however declined to talk to the media how the question papers were leaked even before the test began and when the test would be taken again.
Several job aspirants protested against the leak of question papers.
They also held a sit-in in front of the District Judges’ Court Building.
Senior Judicial Magistrate Osman Gani then tried to calm the angry job aspirants.
Preferring anonymity, a job seeker said their exam papers were taken back within 10 minutes they sat for the test.
Superintendent of Police Md Moniruzzaman told the Dhaka Tribune that the situation was now calm and normal.
