A nine-year-old girl has reportedly been raped at Balitha area in Dhamarai of Manikganj district.
The rape victim is a student of class I in Balitha Primary School.
Family alleged Nazimuddin of the same area raped her in a neighbouring jute field tempting her of giving money on Thursday afternoon.
Later, locals recovered her unconscious and rushed her to Manikganj sadar hospital.
Officer-in-Charge Firoz Talukder of Dhamarai police confirmed the incident to the Dhaka Tribune.
However, he said he is yet to receive any complaint regarding this till filling the report.
Necessary action will be taken after the complaint is submitted, he said.
