Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has given approval to file a case against two officials of state-run mobile phone operator Teletalk.
The accused are former assistant manager (system operation) SM Tarek Rahman and former assistant manager (market development) Sabibur Rahman, alias Shiplu.
The approval came from a meeting of the anti-graft body held at its office on Monday, reports BSS.
A case will be lodged against the duo within a day or two for embezzling Tk100 mln, said ACC Public Relations Officer Pranab Kumar Bhattacharya.
The ACC has decided to file a case as many evidences of money embezzlement were found against them in the primary investigation conducted by ACC deputy assistant director Md Hafizur Rahman.
