Rafik Miah, 29, is being held by police under the ICT ACT Dhaka TribuneRafik Mollah, 29, the son of Kabib Mollah from Rajbari's Baliakandi upazila, was detained at Chuadanga around 3am on Sunday, said Baliakandi police station Officer-in-Charge Hasina Begum.
He was held in a case filed on Saturday by Shamim Miah, general secretary of Jamalpur Union Parishad unit of Awami League.
