A portion of the Gonojagoron Moncho led by Kamal Pasha Chowdhury filed a case in the early hours of Wednesday against several activists of its another portion led by Imran H Sarkar for attacking one of the Moncho activists on Tuesday afternoon.
Sub-Inspector Emran Hasan of Shahbagh police station said pro-Kamal Pasha group activist Mohammad Hasibi Shahidi Shishir, who sustained injuries in the attack filed the case at around 12:30am Wednesday.
Imran H Sarkar supporting group activists Navendu Saha Joy, Arifur Rahman Sunny, Reshmi Ahmmed and several unnamed others were made accused in the case, he said.
Shishir claimed to have been attacked allegedly by the activists of Imran H Sarkar's supporting group on Tuesday afternoon at Banglamotor area in the capital.
