A truck which was used during the bank robbery of Kishoreganj was confiscated along with two helpers from Atharobari of Issorganj upazila in Mymensing district. A covered van was also recovered from Shyampur of Dhaka which was also used in the same crime.
Investigating officer of the case, officer in charge of Kishoreganj Sadar model Thana, Abdul Malek informed the Dhaka Tribune.
The incident took place at Sunday afternoon.
The arrested helpers are identified as Lalu and Motalib.
Earlier, police arrested Sohel alias Yousuf from Shyampur of Dhaka. He and his brother Idris Ali was taken to remand for seven days, meanwhile fourth class employee of Sonali Bank Nikli branch, Abu Bakar Siddique was taken in the custody for three days.
