Locals recovered the body of a college student in Bogra's Shahjahanpur upazila late Sunday night.
Police identified the victim as Joy; a student at the local Ajijul Haque College from the Abadpukur area of Adamdighi upazila in the district.
The body was found in Bejora around 10:30pm with a piece of cloth wrapped around its neck.
Bogra Additional Police Superintendent Abu Sayem said it was probable that miscreants had killed Joy somewhere else and abandoned the body there.
