Dhaka Senior Metropolitan Sessions Judge Md Kamrul Islam Molla framed the charges on Wednesday against 51 people including Destiny Group's MD Rafiqul Amin and President Lt Gen (retd) Harun-Ar-Rashid.
The group was charged by the Anti-Corruption Commission in 2012 for their alleged involvement in swindling around Tk4,200 crore.
