The arrestee is Kazi Enamul Kabir, a former sergeant of RAB.
Special Branch (SB) Inspector in Narayanganj Mamunur Rashid Mondol confirmed it to the Dhaka Tribune.
He said that the arrestee would be sent to the Dhaka Central Jail from Magura.
Details of the drive were yet to be known.
On January 16, a Narayanganj court sentenced 26 people, including former Awami League leader Nur Hossain and 19 RAB members, to death in the politically-motivated killings of seven people in 2014.
