RAB wants to identify these 2 suspected Nakhalpara militants

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) on Thursday released two photos of the suspected militants, who were killed in the militant's hideout at West Nakhalpara in the city last week. Sources at the RAB headquarters said the elite strike force released the pictures of the unidentified militants for publishing in the media so that they can be identified. One of the three suspected militants killed in Nakhalpara operation was earlier identified as Zahid alias Mezbah Uddin, son of Enamul Haque and Tahmina Akhter of Comilla district. The fingerprints of Zahid matched with the national identity (NID) database. “As we are yet to confirm the identities of the rest two militants, we have released their pictures for public seeking information about them, said Director (Media) of RAB Mufti Mahmud Khan, adding that they got the pictures of the two militants' scrutinising profile of the killed militant Mezbah. On Friday, three suspected militants were killed during a RAB operation at a six-storey building in Nakhalpara. A case was filed under Anti-Terrorism Act with Tejgaon Police Station in this connection.
